 Rick Bava is a Baby Boomer thought leader--who began his work in 2009. He traveled the country interviewing Baby Boomers, those interviews were the Foundation to his successful blog--followed by his book--"In Search of the Baby Boomer Generation."

Rick Bava is part of the leadership team at Today's Senior Magazine--where he has a leading Business Role, and writes the celebrated column- The Baby Boomer Corner--Today's Senior Magazine.

Since becoming-- a spokesperson for the Baby Boomer Generation, he has written a 50 article series, on the Baby Boomer Generation, published by Newsmax. Further, hemaintains an association with the Masters Program on Aging, at Georgetown University. His media work has been extensive, including-The Boomer Nation Radio Show, and multiples of leading Podcasts.

When asked--about his Encore career as a Baby Boomer thought leader- Rick Bava--commented,-"I wanted to make a contribution, late into life, by contributiong to my Generation, The Baby Boomer Generation."

 In April of 2011, I began, writring a successful blog- about my Generation- the Baby Boomer Generation. As many of you who follow me-- the blog, was the foundation, for my book- "In Search of the Baby Boomer Generation." Further it was the launch of my association with the media outlet Boomer Nation, the fifty column series for Newsmax- and of course my association, and becoming part of the leadership team at Today's Senior Magazine.

Continued Appreciation to Baby Boomers for supporting the book: [ Updated 4/5/2021 ]

I would like to take this opportunity to reach out to my fellow Baby Boomers, and express my grateful appreciation, for the support of my book--"In Search of the Baby Boomer Generation." On June 12, 2015, "In Search of the Baby Boomer Generation," was published by Motivational Press. Since then, Baby Boomers have gotten behind the book, read the book, shared it with other Baby Boomers.

The book was intended to be a book for Baby Boomers written by a Baby Boomer. From the reaction of Baby Boomers, the book reached it's mark, for Baby Boomers has seen the book as a read--that deals with where Baby Boomers have been, the issues facing BabyBoomers now, and a path forward for Baby Boomers in the 21st Century. The book continues to be a peer to peer book, with Baby Boomers discovering the book every day. I am so pleased that my fellow Baby Boomers see the book, as a book, that makes a impact on the Baby Boomer Generation.
